When Will I Start Receiving Calls Once I Pay My Deposit?
It depends if we have SEEDED the city your business is located. Typically we will start advertising in a city before we sell it. This allows you to start receiving calls/appointments the next day your deposit is made.

If we have just opened a city and you want first position it may take only a week for your phones to start ringing. What’s great about our system is it costs you nothing until your phone starts to ring!

PLEASE READ: Your deposit is NON-REFUNDABLE so if it takes one week or one year it will cost you nothing (other than your initial deposit) until your leads/appointments are generated.

If you have properly trained technicians you should have no problem generating a nice profitable ticket from our powerful appointment setting system. The name of the game is getting your technician to your customer’s door ahead of your competition and let them do the selling!

Remember you are charged $20 for a call coming directly to your dispatcher whether you set the appointment or not if you choose the Pay Per Call subscription.

However; if you choose the appointment setting subscription and we fail to set the appointment you are charged nothing so our motivation is to SET THE APPOINTMENTS and make sure the appointments are kept!

How Many Companies Like Mine Will Be Receiving Calls/Appointments

It depends on how many calls/appointments you can handle in one day. In Phoenix we can generate 100 calls/appointments a day, for our Plumbing AC Heating business, during the summer. We will custom design your call/appointments around your advertising budget. If you can only handle a few calls/appointments a day then we will send the over flow to another company. If you can handle them ALL then you should be very busy making a LOT of money!

As soon as they call get their call-back contact phone number
Try to get their address so you can send them out $$ Saving Coupon POSTCARDS once a month. (contact our office and I will send you samples of the ones we use) You might want to offer to send them $$ Saving Coupons they can use in the future to get their address.

Be vague on the phone about price. Convince them you need to schedule a $39.95 appointment to better determine what the actual price will be. The majority of the calls will be shoppers looking for the cheapest price from an unlicensed contractor. You must convince them you will be around long after those unlicensed contractors go out of business. YOU MUST send your properly trained technicians  to their front door to get that $2,000 sewer repair job or that $6,000 AC Heater install! Those who price shop over the phone will select your competitor who low balls the price then bait and switch when they get in front of that customer. Getting the appointment is your number one goal!!!

If by chance, you are unable to set an appointment you need to set up a follow-up department where the next day you contact that potential customer to find out if they have found a licensed contractor to perform the work. This “one person department” can increase your bottom line by $250,000 to $500,000 per year. Remember that caller will find someone to perform the work – that someone will be YOUR COMPANY as long as you follow-up with a courtesy phone call making sure their needs are met.

For a $39.95 service call at the cost of $20 per call with 4 appointments a day  our trained dispatch/follow-up department and technicians generate a minimum of $2,000 in revenue. We figure after expenses our gross profit is around $800 to $1,000. 10 technicians should generates a minimum  of $10,000 in gross profit a day. At six days a week that’s $240,000 a month!!!
